David was a many faceted person and was sufficently content with himself to keep it that way. Since his passing I have learned that in each of these facets he was well liked and well repected.
His final leave-taking was, as I am sure he intended, a most memorable one; fully in keeping with his time amongst us.
I am glad I knew him.

I was so lucky to have David as my friend he has taught me so much in life, if ever you needed him he was always there all he did was think about everyone else he had the funniest sense of humour this I will definitely miss.

I never met David in person, only communicated with him online. But his warm heart and friendship came through the screen as if he had been in the room. He\'ll be truly missed by me and my others.
I\'m glad I can honor his memory by a small sum of money. If I had more money I would have gladly given even more.
